In 2002, Ferozsons Laboratories Limited and Bagó formed a commercial partnership to
introduce the Bagó portfolio of branded generics in oncology and hepatology to Pakistan.
Within just two years, the partnership achieved a leadership position, ranking among the
top three companies in both therapeutic areas.
Building on this success, the two companies agreed in principle to establish a joint venture in 2004. This vision became a reality in 2006 with the formation of BF Biosciences Limited—Pakistan's first biotech formulation company.
Completed in 2009 on a 27-acre site in Lahore, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility produces biological medicines for the treatment of cancer and Hepatitis C, serving both domestic and international markets.

In 2024, BF Biosciences Limited was successfully listed on the Pakistan
Stock Exchange following a highly successful IPO. As the first and only
company in Pakistan to operate a biotech manufacturing facility of this
kind, we continue to strengthen the country's capabilities in advanced
biopharmaceutical production.
Ferozsons was selected as one of six global partners of Gilead Sciences to manufacture generic lenacapavir, with BF Biosciences designated to produce the injectable formulation.
The launch of Zeptide (tirzepatide) expanded access to advanced obesity and diabetes treatment across Pakistan.
